Bon Voyage Party On Saturday, we all met for our Bon Voyage Party. We learned a few last minute details about how to prepare for our trip. Then we got to meet in our "smaller families" within our larger People to People family. Each delegate met in the small group with the delegation leader to whom they have been assigned. I, for one, am thrilled to have met with my little group. We are all going to have such an amazing time!!!!!! :)
Reminders from Mrs. Lee Ann
Departure - 5am on July 6 at Huntsville International Airport wearing your polo, khakis, lanyard, and closed toed shoes!
Baggage fee - be prepared to pay the $25 baggage fee (bags must be less than 50 pounds)
Athletic shorts - There was some confusion about athletic shorts. They ARE allowed as long as they are knee length. (I am sincerely sorry for my part in creating this confusion!!! - Ms. Jennifer)
Letters from Home - If letters were not turned in at the Bon Voyage party, they should be packed in the delegates suitcase.
P2P String backpack - Remove the ID badge and place it on your lanyard. Add a nametag to the bag with your name and number on it.
Lanyards - Wear your lanyard at ALL times. It is your ticket to meals, museums, and fun!!!! :P)
